Description:
Rack monitoring system (RMS) advanced is an intelligent network component for supervising the environmental and ambient conditions in rack cabinets containing servers, hubs, switches and other vital network equipment. RMS can be situated either at your local facility or located externally. The input data is filtered, collated and analysed in a logical systematic process, which can be configured to meet your personal requirements. If the set parameters are exceeded, alarm signals and/or predefined processes are activated. The RMS can be operated using V.24 SNMP, TELNET and/or Web Browser terminals. The private management information base (MIB) of the RMS allows it to be integrated in all commonly available network management systems. RMS is completely a stand-alone system (redundant) and autonomous thus guaranteeing safe operation and integrity of your entire IT system.
